He has over twenty years of experience in legal and tax advisory. His professional background includes more than a decade working in the tax department of a Big Four firm, followed by a managerial role leading the legal and tax advisory team at a major Polish consulting company. He has provided legal and tax services to both domestic and international entrepreneurs as well as multinational corporations.
He is involved in the preparation and implementation of corporate reorganizations, business transformations, and cross-border company restructuring processes. He supervises and handles tax matters for the firm’s clients.
He is a frequent speaker at tax training courses and seminars and the author of numerous articles on tax-related topics. He actively participates in legislative consultations on tax and commercial law proposals.
He is fluent in English.
