Magdalena Binięda-Grzebyta is a legal advisor and member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. She completed full-time master’s studies in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her master’s thesis, devoted to the issue of factoring, was awarded in the nationwide competition ‘Złote Pióro PZF’ (Golden Pen of the Polish Factoring Association), organised by the Polish Factoring Association.
She gained professional experience during her studies, working with several law firms in Poznań. Her practice includes substantive and procedural civil law, commercial law and family law. She also has experience in criminal cases, in which she acts as a defence counsel or representative.
She is fluent in English.
