Member of the District Bar Council in Poznań. He completed full-time master’s studies in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He gained experience working in one of the leading law firms in Poznań.
Specialist in intellectual property, with particular emphasis on copyright and industrial property law. Manages client services for the IT and new tech industries. Advises the firm’s clients on how to effectively protect their intellectual property and helps them manage these rights in their day-to-day operations and planned ventures.
Author of one of the first blogs in Poland on copyright law. Robert is also interested in the development of AI.
Robert also has extensive experience in criminal law, with a particular focus on commercial criminal law, successfully acting as both a defence lawyer and a representative. In his current work, he uses English to serve foreign-language clients.
